Steps:
>First of all download cproxy from here:
Download C Proxy Setup

>Then sign up here
http://www.cproxy.com/default.aspx?pg=13&lg=2
verify mail in inbox consisting of user name, password. 

>Install cproxy, run it and enter user name, password
  select udp:9201 server

Configure mozilla, idm with proxy 127.0.0.1 and port 3128

This demo server will give u speed around 30kbps

Sometime error may come like Demo server full but keep trying.. 

Something is better than nothing..
